A modular and flexible technology

Each neural probes is composed by 1024 independent recording electrodes spaced each other by 30 micrometers enabling the acquisition of high resolution neural data of the bioelectrical activity of the brain with the single cell resolution.
Thanks to its patented technology SiNAPS probes allows for simultaneous recording from hundreds of neural cells distributed along the entire brain tissue and not only from its surface.
Each independent neural sensor, smaller than the size of a neurons, is capable to collect information from both the nearby cells (action potentials) and from the local network (local field potentials) ensuring the highest possible information quality provided by the human brain.
